The Wasatch Update delivers a polished design that makes navigating OneClick easier than ever. On the Shift Screen, you’ll notice larger icons for better visibility and a helpful legend to quickly interpret shift details. Collapsible sections allow you to declutter your view, while break stats are now clearly displayed at a glance. On the web version, the navigation bar remains open and features a sleek gradient for a modern touch.

✅ Smarter Task Management with Enhanced Checklists

Managing tasks is now simpler with upgrades to the Checklist Manager. The “New Checklist” banner has been replaced with a clean button, and you’ll see dots indicating how many sections are included in a checklist. The redesigned progress bar gives you a clear, modern way to track completion, making task management seamless for everyone on your team. Additionally, tasks now follow clear progress stages, including Not Started, In Progress, Under Review, and Completed, providing better clarity and accountability. Automatic checklist assignments and real-time email notifications for completed or incomplete checklists ensure managers stay informed and nothing falls through the cracks.

📋 Better Profiles and Training for Your Team

The Profile and Training sections have been refined to make onboarding and development easier. Profiles now feature a cleaner, more organized layout, while training ratings appear side by side for quicker comparisons. Passports have also been upgraded with structured stages like Not Started, Demonstrate, Imitate, Repeat, and Completed, helping to guide your team’s growth step by step.

Motivate and reward your team with new Moola tools. Individual profiles now show detailed Moola histories, and a new store-wide report provides a big-picture view of rewards distribution and engagement. With these updates, tracking and managing rewards is easier and more transparent than ever!
