What are the new optional add-ons?

What if I like the plan I already have, and at the price where I'm at now?

You don't need to do anything for your current plan to remain the same as it is now.

What if I already prepaid several months in advance at a special rate, but I want to take advantage of this new incredible offer?

Pay now and our accounting team will:

  1. Immediately enable all Premium Features on your account so you can take full advantage of them through the rest of the month of May
  2. Your new Premium Plan special will begin June 1st for a period of 12 months

These are the options are available if you previously took advantage of previous offers and have an existing credit.

Example: If you prepaid for one year at $3,000 and have only used six months so far, there is a $1,500 credit left for you to use that will be applied to this new promotion.

Option A - Apply unused payments as a credit:

Premium Plan Only 

  • $1,500 credit
  • Promotion chosen: Premium Plan for $249/mo paid annually = $2,988
  • Total due: $1,488

Premium Plan + Premium Support 

  • $1,500 credit
  • Promotion chosen: Premium Plan for $249/mo + Premium Support for $49/mo paid annually = $3,576
  • Total due: $2,088

Option B - Stay where you are now: 

Do nothing and stay with the same plan and features you have now.

When does this deal expire, and what other important details that I need to be aware of?

  • You must make this purchase before the last day of May 2024 to take advantage of the $249/mo plan paid annually for all Premium Features.
  • The sooner you pay, the better it is for you. As soon as you pay, the Premium Features are enabled on your account, though the clock on billing on our end will not start until the first day of June.
  • You will also be provided with the option to prepay for Premium Support on the checkout page.
  • Your account will immediately see the upgrades enabled when you log into your account after payment, except for the Advanced Breaks feature, which requires additional configuration to meet your needs. Open a support ticket to request that it be enabled and customized. 
  • The goal for this promotion is to 1) give you a break on pricing and 2) for you to have a full year to try all our Premium Features to decide which you want to keep or remove at the end of your term. At the end of the promotion, your account will default to the Premium Plan unless you reach out to us before then to change it to a different plan.
  • There are no refunds, but we can provide credits for future services.
