We've moved the OneClick Knowledge Base to be more integrated within the app. Now, accessing all your support resources is easier and more intuitive. Whether you're looking for quick answers, detailed guides, or helpful tips, everything you need is just a click away.

How to Access the Knowledge Base

  1. Open the OneClick App - Ensure you're using the latest version for the best experience.
  2. Locate the Question Mark Icon - You can find it at the top of the roster on the layout page.
  3. Click the Icon - This will open the Knowledge Base directly within the app.

This new integration ensures that you have immediate access to support resources without leaving the app, streamlining your workflow and providing you with the information you need right when you need it.
